सं . 282/ राज ./ अ. जा.अ. अ. जा./80 :-अनुसूचित जातियां और अनुसूचित जन जातियां आदेश ( संशोधन) अधिनियम , 1976 की धारा 8 की उप- धारा (1) के अनुसरण में , भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 की उप - धारा (3 ) के खण्ड (घ) के अधीन किया गया निम्नलिखित आदेश एतद्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
का. था. 271 ( ज) : भारत निर्वाचन आयोग ने अनुसूचित जातियां और जनुसूचित जन जातियां जादेश (संशोधन) अधिनियम , 1976 की धारा 6 की 82 GI/ 80

उप-धारा (3 ) के खण्ड ( क) के अधीन , संसदीय और विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन आदेश' , 1976 में संशोधन करने के लिए तारीख 9 सितम्बर , 1977 के भारत के राजस्व तथा राजस्थान राज्य के राजपत्र में अपनी प्रस्थापनाएं प्रकाशित की थीं ;
और , निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा राजस्थान राज्य के बारे में इन प्रस्थापनाओं के सम्बन्ध में प्राप्त सभी आक्षेपों तथा सुझावों पर तारीख 3 अप्रैल , 1980 को जयपुर में हुई एक मार्वजनिक बैठक में विचार किया गया था ;
निर्वाचन आयोग राजस्थान राज्य के बारे में संसदीय और विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र परिसीमन आदेश , 1976 में (ऐसे आदेश में यथार्शित किसी निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में कोई परिवर्तन न करते हुए ) एसद्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है :-
1. उक्त आदेश की अनुसूची 2 में मद सं. 17 - राजस्थान के सामने स्तम्भ 6 के नीचे अंक " 32 " के स्थान पर अंक " 33 " रखा जाएगा ;
2. उक्त आदेश की अनुसूची 19 में :-
(1 ) भाग क-संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र :-
22-जालोर (अ. जा. ) में , निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के विस्तार में " 169 ~ रेवदार " के स्थान पर " 169 - रेबदार (अ. जा. ) " रखा जाएगा ; तथा
(2) भाग ख-सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र में
निर्वाचन क्षेत्र की क्रम संख्या और नाम " 169-रेवदार" के स्थान पर " 169 - रेवदार (अ. जा.)" रखा जाएगा ।

No. 282 /RJ / SC - ST/ 80. In pursuance of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 8 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Orders ( Amendment ) Act , 1976 , the भारत का राजपत्र असाधारण

following Order made by the Election Commission under clause ( d ) of sub- section ( 3 ) of section 6 of the Act is hereby published :-
ORDER
S.O. 271 ( E ) -Whereas under clause ( a) of sub - section ( 3 ) of section 6 of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes Orders ( Amendment) Act , 1976 , the proposals of the Election Commission to amend the Delimitation of Parlia- mentary and Assembly Constituencies Order , 1976 , were published in the Gazette of India and in the Official Gazette of the State of Rajasthan on 9th September , 1977;
And whereas all objections and suggestions received in relation to the said proposals relating to the State of Rajasthan were considered by the Commission at the public sitting held at Jaipur on 3rd April , 1980 ;
The Commission hereby makes the following amendments in the Delimita- tion of Parliamentary and Assembly Constituencies Order, 1976 (without altering the extent of any constituency as givengiven in such Order ) in respect of the State of Rajasthan-
I. In Schedule II of the said Order , against item 17 - Rajasthan , under column 6 , the figure " 33 " shall be substituted for the figure " 32" .
II . In Schedule XIX of the said Order---
( 1 ) In Part A- Parliamentary Constituencies , in 22 - Jalore ( SC) , in the extent of the constituency , " 169 - Reodar ( SC ) " shall be substituted for " 169 - Roedar" ; and
( 2) In Part B- Assembly Constituencies , the serial No. and name of the constituency , " 169 - Reodar ( SC) " shall be substituted for " 169- Roedar" .
