NOTIFICATION
Mew Delhi, tho 26th April, 1980
GSR. 240(E).—In exercise of tho powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), read with sub-sectiou 16) of the said section, the Central Government hereby notifies the name of Shri C. K. Dnraivekin, representing the Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Madras, ns elected to be Trustee on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Madras, and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No. GS.R. 3O2(E), dated the 31st March, 1979, namely :—
In the said notification, after Serial Number 18 and the entry relating thereto,
the following Serial Number and entry shall be inserted, namely :—
"19. Shri C. K. Duraivekin— Representing the Soulhern India Chamber of
Commerce and Industry, Madras."
