NOTIFICATION
Now Delhi, the 26th April, 1980
&.O. 278(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of sec-
tion 5 of ihe Dock Workers (Regulation of Employment) Act, 1948 (9 of 1948), read with sub-rule (2) of rule 3 und the second proviso to sub-rule (1) of rule 6 of the Dock Workers (Advisory Committee) Rules, 1962, the Central Govern- ment hereby appoints Shri T, K. Unny, as a member of tbc Dock Workers Advisory Committee, vice Shri F C. R. Machado who resigned, and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Tianspoit (Transport Wing) No. S.O. 2626, dated the 6th August, 1977, namely ;—
In the said notification, under the beading "Members representing the em-
ployers of dock workers and shipping companies", in item 6, for the entry "Shri F. C. R. Machado", the entry "Shri T. K. Unny" shall bo substituted,
