NOTIFICATION
G.S.R 241 (E).— Jn exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the National Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Under- takings) Ordinance, 1980 (4 of 1980), the Central Government hereby directs that the undertakings of the National Company Limited, and the right, title and in- terest of the said company in relation to its undertakings which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Ordinance shall, instead of con- tinuing to vest in the Central Government, vest in the Juto Corporation of India Limited, an existing Government company, with effect from the 28th April, 1980,
