फा ० सं० 600/ 1906-1922/ 79 -प्र ० प्र ० सीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिभ्रदायगी नियमावली , 1971 ( भारत के राज-
पत्र, असाधारण , दिर्नाक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं० 52/फा० सं ० 602/ 2/ 70-प्र० ८० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन, केन्द्रीय सरकार समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/ सा० सू ० 1, विनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्- द्वारा निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है:-
1. उप क्रम सं ० 1914 के सामने 'प्रतिअदायगी की वर ' स्तम्भ में बर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर मिम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:--
" 425.00 रु ० ( केवल चार सौ पच्चीस रुपये ) प्रति क्विटल, जिसमें पैकिंग सामग्री पर, यदि कोई इस्तेमाल की गई हो, प्रति- प्रवायगी शामिल नहीं है ।"
2. उप-क्रम सं० 1916 के अन्तर्गत पर- तुक ( ii ) में वर्तमान अंकों एवं शब्दों " 300.00 रु० (केवल तीन सौ रुपये ) प्रप्त्तिक्विटल" के स्थान पर " 390.00 रु ० (केवन तीन सौ नब्बे रुपये ) प्रति क्विटल" पक्षा जाए ।

3. क्रम सं ० 1918 के सामने वर्तमान प्रविष्टियो के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्
" 1918 (क) समीक्षा 200.00 रु० (केबल दो सौ रुपये) प्रति क्विटल, जिसमें पैकिंग सागर्म पर, यदि कोई इस्तेमाल की गई हो, प्रतिअदायगी शामिल नहीं है ।
(खा) सख्त पी ० बी० सी० पाइप/कण्डयूट तथा सख्त पाइपों से बने उपांग । 290.00 रु० ( केवल वो सौ नब्बे रुपये) प्रति क्विटल , जिसमें पैकिंग सामग्री पर , यदि कोई इस्तेमाल की गई हो, प्रतिअदायगी शामिल नहीं है ।
(ग) पाइपों से भिन्न समन । 250.00 रु ० ( केवल दो सौ पचास रुपये ) प्रति क्विटल, जिसमें पैकिंग सामग्री पर, यवि कोई इस्तेमाल की गई हो, प्रतिभदायगी शामिल नहीं है ।
(घ) बिना सहारे की लची- ली चावरें । 1.00 रु ० ( केवल एक रुपया) प्रति क्विटल, जिसमें पंकिंग सामग्री पर, यदि कोई इस्तेमाल की गई हो, प्रति श्रदायगी शामिल नहीं है।
परस्तु यह तब जबकि निर्माता/निर्यातकर्ता द्वारा , उक्त वस्तुनों के बारे में , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क नियम 1944 के नियम 56-क अथवा 191-क अथवा 191-ख के अंतर्गत निर्धारित कार्यविधि का पालन नहीं किया जाता हो ।
4. उपक्रम सं० 1924 की मव ( 11 ) के सामने 'प्रतिभदायगी की दर' स्तम्भ में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
"425.00 रु ० ( केवल चार सौ पच्चीस रुपये) प्रति क्विटल , जिसमें पैकिंग मामग्री पर, यदि कोई इस्तेमाल की गई हो, प्रति अदायगी शामिल नहीं है । "
5. उप-क्रम सं० 1929 के मामने 'प्रतिअदायगी की वर ' स्तम्भ में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापन किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
"250.00 रु ० (केवल दो सौ पचास रुपये) प्रति क्विटल । "
6. पोलिविनाइल क्लोराइड यौगिक अंतर्वस्तु से संबंधित उप -क्रम सं० 2625 की मद ( 1 ) और ( 2 ) की उप-मद ( क) के सामने, 'प्रति- अदायगी की वर' स्तम्भ में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
"पोलिविनाइल क्लोराइड यौगिक अंतर्वस्तु के प्रति किलोग्राम पर 1.60 रु ० (केवल एक रुपया साट पैसे) ।"
7. यह सार्वजनिक सूचना चार मार्च 1980 को लागू हुई समझी जाएगी ।

F. No. 600/1906-1922/ 79 - DBK ---Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules , 1971 (Notification No. 52/F.No . 602/ 2 / 70- DBK published in the Gazette of India Extra -ordinary dated the 25th August , 1971 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendents in the Table 347

published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN- 1 dated the 15th October , 1971 , as amended from time to time :-
1. In the column ' Rate of drawback ' against sub- serial No. 1914 for the existing entries , the following shall be substituted namely :
"Rs . 425.00 (Rupces four hundred and twenty five only) per quintal exclusive of drawback on packing materials used if any."
2. In proviso (ii ) under s:: b - serial No. 1916 for the existing figures and words "Rs . 300.00 (Rupees three hundred only) per quintal" , read "Rs . 390.00 (Rupees three hundred and ninety only) per quintal" .
3. For the existing entries against serial No. 1918 , the follow-
ing shall be sbstituted , namey :- "1918 (a) Flexible Rs . 200.00 (Rupees two hun- dred only) per quintal ex- clusive of drawback on pac- king materials used, if any.
(b) Rigid PVC pipes/- conduits and acces- sories of pipes (Rigid) . Rs . 290.00 (Rupees two hund- red and ninety only) per quintal exclusive of drawback on pack- ing materials used , if any .
(c) Rigid other than Rs . 250.00 (Rupecs two hund- pipes . red and fifty only) per- quintal exclusive ofdraw- back on packing materials used, if any.

Provided that the procedure prescribed under rules 56A or 191A or 191B of the Central Excise Rules , 1944 is not follow- ed by the manufacturer /exporter in respect of the said arti- cles.
4. In the column 'Rate of drawback ' against item (vii) of sub -gerial No. 1924 , for the existing entries , the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"Rs . 425.00 (Rupees four hundred and twenty five only) per quintal , exclusive of drawback on packing mate- rial used, if any. "
5. In the column 'Rate of drawback' against sub - serial No. 1929, for the existing entries , the following shall be substi- tuted, namely :-
"Rs . 250.00 (Rupees two hundred and fifty only) per quintal".
6. In the column 'Rate of drawback ' against sub -item ( a) of item (1 ) and ( 2) of sub - serial No. 2625 relating to the poly- vinyl Chloride Compound content , for the existing entries, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"Rs . 1.60 (Rupee one and paise sixty aise sixty only) per kg . of Polyvinyl Chloride Compound Content" .
7. This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the 4th day of March , 1980.

फा० सं ० 600/2503/ 80-प्रतिप्रशयगी मीमा शुल्क तथा केन्द्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क प्रतिअदायगी नियमावली. 1971 ( भारत के राजपत्र, अमाधारण , दिनांक 25 अगस्त, 1971 में प्रकाशित अधिसूचना सं ० 52/ फा० सं ० 602/2/ 70-प्र० अ० ) के नियम 4 के अधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित सार्वजनिक सूचना सं ० प्रतिअदायगी/सा • मू०1, विनांक 15 अक्तूबर, 1971 में प्रकाशित सारणी में एतद्वारा निम्मलिखित संशोधन करती है:--
1. उप-क्रम सं ० 2502 के खण्ड ( क) की मद (क ) की उप-मद ( ii ) के सामने स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:--
" 4.10 रु० ( केवल चार रुपये दस पैसे ) प्रति किलोग्राम । "
2. उप-क्रम सं ० 2503 के खण्ड ( ग) के उप-खण्ड ( 1 ) की मव (ग ) की उप- मव ( ii ) के सामने स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:--
"4.20 रु ० (केवल चार रुपये बीम पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम । "
3. उप-क्रम सं ० 2502 में खण्ड ( क) की मद ( क) की उप-मद (i ) के सामने स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
" 5.15 रु ० (केवल पांच रुपये पन्द्रह पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम । "
4. उप-क्रम सं ० 2503 के खण्ड (ग ) ( i ) की मद (ग) की उप-मव ( i ) के सामने स्तम्भ 3 में वर्तमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, श्रर्थात्
"5.40 रु ० (केवल पांच रुपये चालीस पैसे) प्रति किलोग्राम ।"
यह सार्वजनिक सूचना फरवरी 1980 के प्रथम विवस से लागू हुई समझी जायेगी ।

2. In column (3 ) against sub - item ( ii) of item (c) of sub- clause ( i) of clause (C) of sub- serial No. 2503 , the following shall be substituted , namely :-
"Rs . 4.20 (Rupees four and paise twenty only) per kg. " .
3. In column (3 ) against sub -item ( i) of item (a ) of clause (A) of sub - serial No. 2502 for the existing entries the follow- ing shall be substituted, namely :--
"Rs . 5.15 (Rupees five and paise fifteen only) per kg. " .
4. In column (3 ) against sub - item ( i ) of item ( c) of clause (C) ( i) of sub - serial No. 2503 , for the existing entries the following shall be substituted, namely:-
"Rs . 5.40 (Rupees five and paise forty only) per kg . "
This Public Notice shall be deemed to have come into force on the first day of February, 1980.
