(ii) in Form III, for item 1, the following item shall be substltued, namely :—

New Delhi, the 29th April, 1980
G.SJt. 242(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by aection 3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licens- ing and Control) Order, 1957 namely :—
1. (1) This Order may be called the Wheat Roller Flour
Mills (Licensing and Control) Amendment Order, 1980.
(2) Tt shall come into force at once.
2. In the Schedule to the Wheat Roller Flour Mills (Licens-
ing and Control) Order, 1957,—
(i) in Forim IT, after condition I, the following condi-
tion shall be inserted, namely :—
"II. The licensee shall render all necessary facilities to the licensing authority or the Inspector or such persons as may be authorised by either of them,—
(i) opening balance (ii) Receipts—
"(a) (b) (c)

(iii) Milled during the month (iv) Closing balance with the Roller Mill (V) Quantity hypothecated with the Bank(s). [Hcic
