CENTRAL EXCISES

G.S.R. 244(E).—In exercise of ihe powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and

(3) of section 3 of the Central Evcises and Salt Act, 1944, (1 of 1944) the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 105/79-Ce"tral Excises, dated the 6th March, 1979,

2. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of May, 1980.
