का० प्रा० 280 (प्र) भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य मज्ञानय (विदेश व्यापार विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का० आ० 517 ( ई.) विनांक 26 सितम्बर, 1973 के साथ पठित पटसन ( भनुज्ञापन एवं नियंवण श्रावेश 1961 के खण्ड 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पटसन) उपायुक्त, कलकत्ता एतद्द्वारा अधिकतम वहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के रूप में इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न प्रथम अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित मूस्य निश्चित करते हैं जिस पर उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में तदनुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित पटसन बस्त्रों के किस्मों का क्रय अथवा विक्रम मई, 1980 महीने के दौरान किया जाएगा ।
मशते कि जूट अस्त्रों की उक्त किस्मों के सम्बन्ध में ऐसा निश्चित मूल्य उक्त द्वितीय अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में तवनुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लि- बित निम्नतम सहन शक्ति के सम्बन्ध में अधिसूचना से संलग्न दूसरी अनुसूची के प्रनुकूल स्तम्भ ( 2 ) अथवा ( 3 ) या दोनों में उल्लिखित सीमा तक कम हो जाय ।
2. इस अधिसूचना के अधीन निश्चित किया गया मूल्य उत्पाद शुल्क एवं बिक्री कर छोड़कर होगा जो क्रेता द्वारा भसल पर बहिनिर्माणी मूख्य के अतिरिक्त अदा किया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Calcutta , the 29th April , 1980 .
S. Ο . 280 (Ε) . In exercise of the powers conferred by by clause 8 of the Jute ( Licensing and Control ) Order , 1961 , read with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce ( Department of Foreign Trade) No. S. O. 517 (E) dated the 25th September , 1973 , the Deputy Jute Commissioner , Calcutta hereby fixes the prices mentioned in Column ( 3 ) of the First Schedule appended to this notifica- tion as the maximum ex - factory price at which the varieties of jute textile mentioned in the corresponding entries in column (2) of the said Schedule shall be purchased or sold during the month of May , 1980,
Provided that the prices so fixed in respect of the said varieties of jute textile shall be reduced to the extent specified in column ( 2) or column (3) or both of the Second Schedule appended to this Notification in respect of the minimum brea- king strength specified in the corresponding entries in column (1) of the ' said Second Schedule.
2. The prices fixed under this notification shall be exclu- sive of the the duty of excise and the sales tax which shall be paid in addition to the ex- factory price by the purchaser at actuals .
