NOTIFICATION

New DeM, the 2nd May, 1980

SO. 292(E).—In pursuance of clause (iv) of section 2 of the Prevention of Food Adulteration Act, 1954 (37 of 1954), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. (Mrs.) S- M, Vachha, to perform all or any of the duties of the Director, Central Food Laboratory, Pune and makes the following furiher amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (Department of Health) No. S.O. 81 dated the 8th February 1978, namely :—

In the Table annexed to the said notification against serial No. 2, for the

entry in column (1), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:—
