S.O. 321(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-section (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of Jndla Acl, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby noti- fies, for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Palamau Kshe- 'triya Gramin Bank, being an institution established under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act. 1976 (21 of 1916).

'Talamau Kshetriya Gramin Bank, Daltonganj".
