NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th May, 1980
G.S.R. 266{E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), read with sub-section (6) of the said section, the Central Govern- ment hereby appoint Shri Nisharnani Khnntia as trustee, representing the labour employed in the Port of Paradip, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip, and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Govern- ment of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (.Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 144(E), dated the 28th March, 1980, namely:—
In the said notification, after Serial Number II, the following Serial Number
and entry shall be inserted, namely :—
"12. Shri Nishamani Khuntia—Representing the labour employed in the
Port."
