ORDER
New Delhi, the 17th May, 1980
G.S.R. 267(E)/Ess. Coni./Sugur.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 5 of the Sugar (Control) Older, 1966, the Ceafml Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 60(E)/Ess. Com./Sugar, dated the 26th February, 1980, namely:—
In the said Order, the clause (1), in 1hc proviso, for the words "Provided that", tho words "Provided further that" shrill, be substituted, and before (ho proviso as so amended, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :—
"Provided thnt no recognised dealer shall hold any slock of vacuum pan sugar for a period' exceeding ten dnys from the dato of receipt by him of such slock of sugar :".
