NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th May, 1980
G.S.R. 277(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (!) of section 8 of the Copra Cess Act, 1979 (4 of 1979) the Centra) Government hereby appoints the officer specified in column 3 of the Table below as the appellate authority for the purpose of the said section to hear appeals against the orders of assessment made under section 7 of the said Act by an officer appointed to perform or authorised to perform the duties of a Collector under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the said Act and specified in the corresponding entry in column 2 of the said Table.
