CUSTOMS
G.S.R, 278(E).—In excicise of the powers conferred by sub-section (Jj of section 25 of the Customs Act, 19f>2 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the GovenuneTii of India in Iho Ministry of Finance (Depart- ment of Revenue) No. 12-Customs, daced the 1st February, 1980, the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessw y in rhe public interest so to do, hereby exempts coffee, falling under Heading No. 1 of the second Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), when exported out of India, from so much of the duty of customs leviable thereon under the aaid Second Schedule as is in excess of Rs, 700 per quintal.
