G.S.R. 284(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 8 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange Bad Prevention of Smuggling Acti- vities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974), the Central Government hereby constituic? an Advisory Board consisting of—

CHAIRMAN

1. Hon'ble Mr. Justice H. L. Anand, Judge of the Delhi High Court.

MEMBERS

2. Hon'ble Mr. Justice S. S. Chadha, Judge of the Delhi High Court.

3. Hon'ble Mr. Justice, S. Ranganathan, Judge of the Delhi High Court.

The term of this Advisory Board shall be upto the 31st day of May, 1981,

from the date of this notification.
