NOTIFICATION
G.S.R. 285(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section )2 of the Smugglers aftd Foreign Exchange Manipulators (Forfeiture of Property) Act, 1976 (13 of 1976), the Central Government makes the following amendment in the notfflcatkni of the Government of I-mfift ta the Department of Revenue and Banking No. G.S.R. 3(E) dated the 3rd January, 1977 namsly :-—
In the said notification for the words i'Hon'ble Shri Justice Gyan Chand Mathur, retired Judjfc at the Allahabad High Court", the words "Hon'ble Shjl Justico Fauja Singh Gill, retired Judge of the Delhi High Court" shall be substituted.
