का० आ० 381 ( ज) बतः केन्द्रीय सरकार को यह प्रतीत होता है कि लोकहित में यह भावश्यक है कि महाराष्ट्र राज्य में ट्रांम्बे से राष्ट्रीय कैमिकल्स भौर फर्टिलाइजर्स लि० , चैम्बूर तक पेट्रोलियम के परिवहन के लिये पाइपलाइन तेल तथा प्राकृतिक गैस भ्रायोग द्वारा बिछाई जानी चाहिये ।
श्यक है । और यतः यह प्रतीत होता है कि ऐसी लाइनों के बिछाने के प्रायोजन के लिये एतावद्ध में भणित भूमि में उपयोग का अधिकार अजित करना भाव-
अतः अब पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइप लाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का अर्जन) अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उसमें उपयोग का अधिकार अर्जित करने का अपना भाशय एतद्वारा घोषित किया है ।
बशर्ते कि उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध कोईव्यक्ति , उस भूमि के नीचे पाइपलाइन बिछाने के लिये श्राक्षेप सक्षम अधिकारी, तेन तथा प्राकृतिक गैस भायोग , बम्बधे प्लाट नं० 9 मिडल क्लास हासिंग सोसायटी, पनवेल , जिला-कुलाबा को इस अधिसूचना की तारीख से 21 दिनों के भीतर कर सकेगा ।
और ऐसा भाक्षेप करने वाला हर व्यक्ति विनिर्दिष्टतः यह भी कथन करेगा कि क्या वह यह चाहता है कि उसकी सुनवाई व्यक्तिगत हो या किसी विश्ঘ্নि व्यवसामी की मार्फत ।

8.0. 381 ( E) .-Whereas it appears to the Central Govern- ment that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transport of petroleum from Trombay to Rashtriya Chemi- cals & Fertilizers Ltd. Chembur in Maharashtra State Pipeline should be laid by the Oil and Natural Gas Commission .
And whereas, it appears that for the purpose of laying such pipelines , it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the schedule annexed hereto .

Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of the section 3 of the Petroleum and Mineral Pipelines ( Acquisition of right of user in land ) Act , 1962 ( 50 of 1962 ) , the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein ;
Provided that , any person interested in the said land may, within 21 days from the date of this notification , object to the laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, Oil & Natural Gas Commission, Plot No. 9, Middle Class Housing Society Panvel , Dist -Kulaba .
And every person making such an objection shall state specifically where he wishes to be heard in person or by a legal practitioner .

का० ज ० 382 ( प्र) : यतः केन्द्रीय सरकार को यह प्रतीत होता है कि लोकहित में यह आवश्यक है कि महाराष्ट्र राज्य में युरान टर्मिनल , ट्राम्बे तक पेट्रोलियम के परिवहन के लिये पाइपलाइन तेल तथा प्राकृतिक गैस भायोग द्वारा बिछाई जानी चाहिये ।
और यतः यह प्रतीत होता है कि ऐसी लाइनों के बिछाने के प्रयोजन के लये एतद्वारा अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि में उपयोग का अधिकार अर्जित करता

सौर यतः यह प्रतीत होता है कि ऐसी लाइनों के बिछाने के प्रायोजन के लिये एतद्द्वारा अनुसूची में वर्णित भूमि में उपयोग का अधिकार अर्जित करना आवश्यक है ।
अतः अब पेट्रोलियम और खनिज पाइप लाइन ( भूमि में उपयोग के अधिकार का प्रर्जन ) अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 50 ) को धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उसमें उपयोग का अधिकार अजित करने का अपना आणाय एतद्वारा घांवित किया है ।
