PROCLAMATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 356 of the Con- stitution of India, I, Neelam Sunjiva Reddy, President of India, hereby revoke the Proclamation made under the said article on the I7th February, 1980, in relation to the State of Gujarat.
