PROCLAMATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 356 of the Constitution of India, I, Neelam Sanjfva Reddy, President of India, hereby revoke the Proclamation made under the said article on the 17th February, 1980, in lelnlion to the State of Punjab.
