In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (2) of article 356 of the Constitution of India, I, Neelam Sanjiva Reddy, President of India, hereby revoke the Proclamation made under the said article on the 17.h February, 1980, in relation to the Slate of Tamil Nadu.
