ORDER

New Delhi, the 10th June, 1980

EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

S.O. 395(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exporty (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order fur her to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—

1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Twentieth Amend-

ment Order, 1980.

2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977—

(i) In Part 'FT Schedule I, tbe existing entry appearing against S. No.

45'xj shall be substituted by the following :—

"Granular sillimanite".

(ii) In Purt 'A' Schedule I, the following item shall be added after

S. No. 22(xvii):—
