NOTIFICATION
G. S. R.310 (E).~In exorcise of tho powers conferred by sub-clause(i) of clause (c) of sub-sectlon(l) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), read with sub-sections (2) and (6) of the said section, tho Central Government here- by appoints the President, Paradip Port Trust Officers' Association, representing the Association formed for the purpose of promoting the interests or welfare of officers of the Board, as Trustee, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Paradip, and makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. O, S. R. 144 (E), dated tho 28th March, 1980, namely:—
In the said notification, after Serial Number 12 the following Serial Number and entry shall be inserted, namelv:
"13" The President, Paradip Port Trust —Representing the Association formed Officers' Association. for tha purpose of promoting the Interests or welfare of officers of the Board".
