G.S.R. 313(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (U of section 6 of the National Company (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1980 (4 of 1980), the Central Government hereby directs that the undertakings of the National Company Limited, and the right, title and interest of the said Company in relation to its undertakings -which have vested In the Jute Corporation of India Limited, vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce (Department of Textiles) No. G.S.R. 24KE), tjated the 28th April, 1980, shall, Instead of continuing to vest In the Jute Corporation of India Limited, vest in the National Jute Manu- factures Corporation Limited, with effect from the l l lh June, 1980.
