PUBLIC NOTICE
New Delhi, the 12th June, 1980
F. No. 602/1/80-DRK.—Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notifica- tion No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India—Extraordinary, dated the 25th Auguat, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the follow- ing amendments in the Table published in the Publics Notice No. DRAWBACKI/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time :—
After the rates specified under each of the SL Nos. 2203(v) 3823(i), 3830, 4808(A), 4808(B), 4809 and 5902 the following Note shall be added :—
"Note.—The rate(s) shall remain in force till 31-5-80."

No. 602/2]70DBK published in the Gazette of India—Extlra-ordinary, dated the 25th August, 1971), the Central Government hereby makes the following amend- ments in the Table published in the Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971, as amended from time to time :—
In the column 'Description of goods' against item (a) of sub-serial No. 3611, for the existing-entries, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"(a) Steel bars and rods not otherwise specified (Rounds, Semi-rounds, Squares, Rectangular, Poly- gonal and Flats) other than Spring Steel bars.".
