NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th June, J980
G.S.R. 3l4(E).:—In extreme of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) ol section 4 read, with sub-section (2) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), the Central Government hereby appoints the Chanman, .Coffee Board, Bangalore, as a Trustee rcpresentating the said Coffee Board, on the first Board of Trustees constituted in respect of the Port of New Manga- lore and makes the following amendment iu the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing), No. G.S R. 136(E), dated the 27th March, 1980, published in the Gazette of India, Part-II~- Section 3-Sub-scction fi), dated the 27lh March, 1980, at page 200, namely :—
In the said notification, after serial number 10 and the entry letting thereto,
llie following serial number and entry s&fljl, be inserted, nnmely:—
"11. Chairman, Coffee Board, Bandore (represeniing the Coffeo Board)."
