S.O. 39"(E)—In cxerdae of the powers confuxr,od by seotion -1 of the .E.sien^

tial Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order further to amend the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control Order, 1971, namely:—

1. (i) This Order may be called the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control

(Amendment) Order ,1980,

(ii) It shall come into force orr the date¹ of its publication in tic Official

Gazette.

2. In Schedule 1 lo the Tractors (Distribution and Sale) Control Order 1971

afler item No. 3, the following item shall be added, namely:—

"(4) Masscy Ferguson Model MF-245".
