NOTIFICATIONS
New Delhi, the 18th June, 1980
S.O. 431(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sec- ion 21 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 read with section 21 of the General clauses Act, 1897 (10 of 1897) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, the Election Commission hereby makes the following amendment in its notification No. 318/80(3), dated 17th June, 1980, namely:—
For the existing entry in column (2) of the Table appended the said notification, against 1. Bihar, substitute the entry— "Shri Jagdishwari Prasad Verma, Joint Secretary, Bihar
Vidhan Sabha Sachivalaya, Patna."

For the existing entry in column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification, against 1. Bihar, substitute the entry—
"Shri Alok Niranjan Prasad, Deputy Secretary, Bihar
Vidhan Sabha SachivaJaya, Patna."
