S.O. 439(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and Bank of Baroda, by which Jhabua-Dhar Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been spon- sored, specifies Jhabna as the place where Jhabua-Dhar Kshe- triya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.
