NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 20th June, 1980

S.O, 442(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Deposit Insurance Corporation (Amendment) Act, 1968 (56 of 1968), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st day of July, 1980 as the date on which section 7 of the said Act shall come into force in the State of Tamil Nadu.
