का. आा. 444(अ)/ 18 - कक/ आई डी आर ए/80.-केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 - कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) दवारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग) वो आदेश सं. का. आ. 454(अ.) , तारीख 18 जुलाई , 1978 में निम्न- लिखित और गंशोधन करती है , अर्थाন :-
उक्त आदेश के पैरा 2 में , " सदस्य शीर्ष के नीचं , मद 4 और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 20th June , 1980
S.O. 444 ( E ) / 18AA/ IDRA/ 80 .--In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 18.1 of the Indus- tries (Development and Regulation ) Act , 1951 (65) 1951 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry ( Department of Industrial Development ) S.O. 454( E ) , dated the 18th July, 1978 namely :-- 312GI/ 80
- In the said Order , in paragraph 2, under the heading "Members" , item 4 and entrics relating thereto shall be omitted.

का. आ. 445(अ)/18- कक/ आई डी आर ए/ 80 -केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग (विकाम और विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 65) की धारा 18 - कक की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के उद्योग मंत्रालय (औद्योगिक विकास विभाग ) के आदेश सं. का. उा . 630 (अ.)/18- कक/आई डी आर ए/ 79 , तारीख 2 नवम्बर , 1979 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात
उक्त आदेश में , " सदस्य " शीर्ष के नीचे , मद 4 और उससे सम्बन्धित प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएगा ।
