NOTIFICATION
S.O. 4S2(E) :— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 1976 (49 of 1976) the Central Government hereby specify that the following agen- cies of the United Nations and other international organisa- tions shall not be treated as 'foreign source1 for the purpose of the said Act, namely :—
