G.S-R. 3SJ(E).—In exercise ul the powers conferred by subjection U) of seclion 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 oil 1962), (he Central Government, being satisfied that it is nccctsury in the public interest so to do, hereby nukes the following amendment in the notification of 'ihc Government of India in (he Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 175-Cii'-tumy, dated the 7th August, 1979, namely :—
