का० आ ० 464 (अ) सं ० ई( सी ) श्रो, 1977/एएम/ ( 166 ):-- प्रायात तथा निर्यात (नियंत्रण ) अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 18) की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रवत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा निर्यात ( नियंत्रण) आदेश, 1977 में और आगे संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश का निर्माण करती है , अर्थात्
1 इस प्रादेश को निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) 23वां संशोधन आवेश , 1980 की संज्ञा दी जाए ।
2. निर्यात ( नियंत्रण ) आदेश 1977 के भाग "ख " की अनुसूची-1 अनुसूची-1 की क्रम सं ० 77 ( 5 ) के बाद निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाएगा:- " 77 ( 6 ) हस्तशिल्प की निम्नलिखित मदें जिनमें जहाज पर निशुल्क
मूल्य के 10 प्रतिशत और/ या विनिर्मित उत्पादों के वजन में 10 प्रतिशत से कम चान्दी की मात्रा हो:--
1 ताभ्बे , पीतल, कान्से बिग्री और बेल मेटल के मुल्लमा चड़े हुए या जटिल चांदी के हस्तशिल्प उत्पाद ।
2. मिम्नलिखित किस्म की जरी से कशीदा की हुई वस्तुएं:--
बहुए , शाम को प्रयोग में श्राने बाले थैले, कॉनिम, एनेक रखते बाले डिम्बों की टोपियां, शीर्ष परिधान, जरी- कालर, वस्तामे, जूसों के ऊपरी भाग , महिलाओं के थैले, तसवीर मट्टिया , तस्वीर के फेम और बक्से, पटियां , सलमे सितारे, क्रेस्ट्स एम्ब्लेम्स, सैनिक सजावटी माभान , भांख के चश्मों के डिब्बे थैले की पटियां, कफ , घड़ी के स्ट्रेप्स, बार्डर्स , स्टोल्स

4. रोगन के सामान
5. लकड़ी पर जड़ाऊ काम
6. कलात्मक फूल-कढ़ी और चिकन के काम का गोटा टोडा और कशीवा बेल-बूटे , गोटा-पट्टे का काम , कंठा, चेन स्टिच बेल -यूटे और बीड और कांच के काम किए हुए सहित हाथ से तैयार किए गए बेल-बूटों का काम ।
7. हाथ से तैयार किए गए फीते और फीतों से सम्बद्ध सामान ।
8. कछुए को खोपड़ी, मोती की जनी श्रादि की कलात्मक वस्तुएं ।
9. सींग, हड्डियों और शत्र-श्रोपड़ी की कलात्मक वस्तुएं
10. बटन और स्टड (धातु, प्लास्टिक , शीशे से भिन्न )
11. शीशे और प्लास्टिक से बनी हुई भित्र चूड़ियां
12. प्लास्टिक और चमड़े से भिन्न सामान के कलात्मक थैले, बेल्ट, टोपियां, शीर्ष परिधान ।
13. बिस्तर, दीवार और अन्य किम्म की लटकाई जाने वाली वस्तुएं / हंगर्म और लेम्प शेड ।
14. एल्यूमीमियम से जड़ित ऐशट्रे और शीशे के मनकों और चेटन के साथ सजाए हुए फीते ।
15. नकली जरी, प्लास्टिक स्पंज से तैयार की हुईं राखियो

87 हस्तशिल्प की निम्नलिखित मदें जिनमें जहाज पर ख.77 ( 6) निशुल्क मूल्य के 10 प्रतिगत और/या विनिर्मित उत्पादो के बजन में 10 प्रतिशत से कम चार्थी क। माता हा
1. तांबे, पीतल , कान्से , बिन्दी और बेल मेटल के मुल्लमा चढ़े हुए या जटित चांदी के हस्तशिल्प उत्पाद
2. निम्नलिखित किस्म की जरी से कशीदा
की हुई वस्तुएं:--
बटुए, शाम को प्रयोग में आने वाले थैले, कांनिस ऐनक रखने वाले डिब्बों की ट।पिया, शोर्ष परिधान, जरी-कालर, दस्ताने , जूतों के ऊपरी भाग , महिलाओं के थैले, तसवीर पट्टियां, तसवीर के फ्रेम और बक्से पटियां, मलमे-सितारे, क्रेस्ट्स एम्म्लेम्स, सैनिक सजायटी सामान, आंख के चश्मों के डिब्बे, पैले की पटिया, कफ , घड़ी के स्ट्रेप्स , बार्डर्स, स्टॉल्स
3. जरी की चूड़ियों
4 रांगन के सामान
5. लकड़ी पर जड़ाउ काम
6. कलात्मक फूलकड़ी और चिकन के काम का गोटा, और कशीदा बेल -बूटे , गोटा-पट्टे का काम, कंठा, चेन स्टिच बेल-बूटे और बीड और कांच का काम किए हुए सहित हाथ से तैयार किए गए बस-बूटों का काम ।
7. हाथ से तैयार किए गए फीते भौर फीतों से सम्बद्ध सामान ।
४. कछुए की खोपड़ी, मोती की जननी श्रादि की कलात्मक वस्तुए ।
४. सीग, हड्डियों और शंख -खोपड़ी की कला- त्मक वस्तुएं ।
10. बटन और स्टड ( धासु प्लास्टिक, शीशे से भिन्न) ।
11. शीशे और प्लास्टिक से बनी हुई से भिन चूड़ियां ।
12. प्लास्टिक और चमड़े से भिन्न सामान के कलात्मक थैले, बेल्ट , टोपियां , शीर्ष परि- धान ।
13. बिस्तर , दीवार भौर अन्य किस्म की लट- काई जाने वाली वस्तुएं/हेंगर्स और लेम्प शेड ।
14. एल्यूमीनियम से जड़ित ऐश -ट्रे और शीशे के मनकों और चेटन के साथ सजाए हुए फीते ।

Now Delhi , the 26th June , 1980 EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 464(E )-No . E(C)O , 1977 /AM (166 ) : In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports ( Control ) Act , 1947 ( 18 of 1947) , the Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order , 1977, namely:-
1. This Order may be called the Exports ( Control ) Twenty- third Amendment Order, 1980 .
2. In Part 'B ' , Schedule 1to the Exports ( Control ) Order 1977 , the following shall be added after S.No. 77(v) :-
" 77 (vi ) Handicraft items having silver content not exceeding 10 per cent of the f.o.b. value and/or 10 per cent by weight of the manufactured pro- ducts , the following :-
1. Silver plated or inlaid handicraft products of copper , brass , bronze , bidri and bell metal.
2. Zari embroidered pieces of the following types :-
Purses, Evening bags , Cornis , Belts , Badges , Spectacle cases Caps , Headwear jari collars , Gloves , Shoe uppers , Ladies Bags , Picture Panels , Picture-frames and boxes , plaques , motifs , crests , emblems , military decorations , eyeglass cases , bag plaque, cuffs , watch straps , borders , stoles .
3. Zari Bangles .
4. Lacquerware .
5. Inlay work on wood .
6. Hand Embroideries including Artistic Phulkari and Chikan work Gota , Toda and Kasida embroidery , Applique work , Kantha , chain stitch embroidery and Beed and Glass work .
7. Hand -made lace and lace goods .
8. Artistic articles of tortoise shell , mother ofPearls etc.
9. Artistic articles of Horns , Bone and Conch shell .
10. Buttons and studs (other than of metal , plastics, glass) .
11. Bangles (other than those of glass and plastic).

12. Artistic handbags , Belts , Caps and Head- gears of materials other than slastic or leather.
13. Articles of beads , wall and other types of hangings/hangers and lamp shades )

15. Raksha bandhan made from imitation zari , plastic sponges etc.
16. Malas and necklaces using natural seeds and nuts .
17. Artistic Empty card - board/wood jewellery boxes lined with art silk or velvet .

3. In the Exports ( Control ) Order 1977 in OGL, 3 the following shall be added after S.No. 86 ;-
