S.O. 465(E).—Whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (De- partment of industrial Development) No. S.O. 445(E)/18AA/ IDRA/72, dated the 23rd June, 1972 the management of the whole of the industrial undertaking known as the Andhra Sci- entific Company Limited, Machilipatnam, had been taken over by the authorised person mentioned in the said order for a period of five years upto and inclusive of the 26th June, 1977 and the said order is continued to have effect for a further period of three years upto and inclusive of the 26th June, 1980, by the orders of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Develop- ment) No. S.O. 407(E), dated the 22nd June, 1977 and S.O. 410(E), dated the 26th June, 1978.
And, whereas, the Central Government is of opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the management of the said. industrial undertaking should continue for a further period of one year.

S.O. 466(E).^-Whereas by the order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Depart- ment of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 445/(E)/18AA/ JDRA/72, dated the 23rd June, 1972, published in the Gazet- te of India Extraordinary, Part ([-Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), dated the 27th June, 1972, the management of ths whole of the industrial undertaking known as the Andhra Scientific Company Limited, Machilipalmm (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking) had been taken over under section 18AA of Ihe Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) for i period of live years commencing from tho 27th June, 1972 upto and in- clusive of the 26th June, 1977;
And whereas the duration of the said Order was further extended from time to time upto and inclusive the 26th June, 1981.
And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industrial Development (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 624(E)/18FB/[DRA/72, dated the 25th September, 1972 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of sec- tion 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation). Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), declared that the operation of all tho contracts assurances of property agreements, settlements, awards, standing orders or other instruments in force to which the said industrial undertaking was a party or which may be applicable to it immediately before the publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette shall remain sus- pended upto the 24th September, 1973, and that all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or aris- inc thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended upto the 24th September, 1973 ;
And whereas (he duration of the said order was further extended from time to time upto and inclusive of the 26(h June, 1980;
And whereas the Central Government is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the interest of the general public with a view to preventing fall in the volume of production in the scheduled industry, namely the scientific instruments industry; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powen conferred by clause (b) sub-section (11 read with sub-section (2) of section JSFB of the rndustries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951, the Central Government hereby declare trjaL the operation of all awards standing orders or other instruments in force to which the contracts, Assurances of property, agreements, settlements, the said industrial Tindertakng, was a party or which may be applicable to it immediately before 25th September, 1972, shall remain suspended and that all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder be- fore the said date shall remain suspended,
This order shall remain in force from- the datei of its pub- lication in the Official Gazette upto and inclusive,of the 26th June, 1981.
