NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 27th June, 1990
CUSTOMS
G.S.R. 383(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of lection 25 of the Cust6ms Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest go to do, hereby makes flic following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) No. 117-Customs, dated the 19th June, 1980, namely :—
In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Serial No, 21, in
column Oh—
(i) for items (x) to (xii), the following shall be substituted, namely :—
"(x) Parts of magnetic tape drive, (xi) Parts of magnetic disc drive, (xii) Parts of Floppy disc drive." ;
(ii) after item (xifl) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall
bo inserted, namely :—
"(xiv) Parts of paper tape punch,
(xv) Part" of card punch".
