NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 27th June, 1980

S.O. 468(E).—In pursuance of Explanation to the First Schedule to the

Produce Cess Act, 1966 (15 of 1966) read with sub-section (2) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture and Irrigation (De- partment of Agriculture) S.O. No. 357(E), dated the 26th June, 1979, the Central Government hereby fixes, with effect from the 1st July, 1980, the tariff value in respect of Cashew Kernel at Rs. 2500 per quintal for the year 1980-81.
