920 THE GAZETTE OF INDTA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. 370(E)-18FB/JDRA/78 dated the 27th June, 1979;18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), had declared that the operation of ull contracts, assurances of property, agreements, settlements, awards, standing?" orders or other instruments in force im- mediately before the date of publication of the said Order in the Official Gazette (other than those relating w> t-eenred liabilities to banks and financial institution!*) to^Suhich the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Inchek Tyres Limi- ted, Calcutta, or the company owning such industrial under taking is a party or which may be applicable to such indust- rial undertaking or company shall remain suspended for a period of one year and that all rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the aaid period ;
And, whereas, the duration of the said Order was extended upto and inclusive of the 26th June, 1980, vide Order of the And, whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that the duration of the said Order he extended for a further pciiod of one year;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers confeircd by sub section (2) of section 18FB of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Govern- ment hereby extends 1 lie duration of the said1 Order for a further period of one yew upto and inclusive of the 26th June, 1981.
