ORDER

New Delhi, the 27ih June, 1980

S.O. 471(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of (he Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of i955), the Cenlinl Government hereby makes the following order fuiihei to nmend the ImpoitL-d Cement Control Order, 1978, namely :—

1. (i) This Order may be called the Imported Cement Control (Second

Amendment) Order, 1980.

(ii) It shall come into force with effect from 27ih June, 1980, 2. In clause 6 of (he Imported Cement Control Order, 197S, for (he figure

"452.72" tbo figure- "455.97" shall be substituted.
