शा० ० 473 (म) - भारत सरकार के भूतपूर्व वाणिज्य मंत्रालय (विदेश व्यापार विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं ० का ० श्रा ० 517 ( ई ) दिनांक 26 सितम्बर, 1973 के साथ पठित पटसन ( अनुज्ञापन एवं नियंत्रण ) आदेश , 1961 के खण्ड 8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए पटमन आयुक्त, कलकत्ता एतद्द्वारा अधिकतम वहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के रूप में इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित मूल्य निश्वित करते हैंजिस पर उक्त अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 2 ) में तवनुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लि खित पटसन वस्त्रों के किस्मों का क्रय भयवा विक्रय जुलाई 1980 महीने के दौरान किया जाएगा ।
बशत कि जूट वस्त्रों की उक्त किस्मों के सम्बन्ध में ऐसा निश्चित मूल्य उक्त द्वितीय अनुसूची के स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में तद्नुरूप प्रविष्टियों में उल्लिखित निम्नतम महन शक्ति के सम्बन्ध में अधिसूचना से संलग्न दूसरी अनुसूची के अनुकूल स्तम्भ ( 2 ) अथवा ( 3 ) या दोनों में उल्लिखित सीमा तक कम होजाये ।
2. इस अधिसूचना के अधीन निश्चित किया गया मूल्य उत्पादन शुल्क एवं बिक्री कर छोड़कर होगा जो क्रेता द्वारा असल पर वहिनिर्माणी मूल्य के अतिरिक्त अदा किया जाएगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Calcutta , the 28th June , 1980
S.O. 473 (E) : In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 8 of the Jute ( Licensing and Control ) Order , 1961 , read with the notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Commerce ( Department of Foreign Trade ) No. S.O. 517 (E ) dated the 25th September , 1973 , the Deputy Jute Commissionor , Calcutta hereby fixes the prices mentioned in column ( 3 ) of the First Schedule appended to this notifi- cation as the maximum ex - factory price at which the varie- ties of jute textile mentioned in the corresponding entries in column (2) of the said Schedule shall be purchased or sold during the month of July , 1980 .
Provided that the prices so fixed in respect of the said varietics of jute textiles shallbe reduced to the extent speci- fied in column (2 ) or column (3) or both of the Second Sche- dule appended to this Notification in respect of the minimum breaking strength specified in the corresponding entries in column ( 1 ) of the said Second Schedule .
2. The prices fixed under this notification shall be exclusive of the duty of excise and the sales tax which shall be paid in addition to the ex -factory price by the purchaser at actuals . FIRST SCHEDULE
