S.CE"486(E).—la exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) "f sec- tion 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 the Election Commission hereby appoints the Deputy Secretary No. 2, Rajasfhan Legislative Assembly, Jaipur, to assist the Returning Officer appointed vide Commission's notification No. 318/80(3) dated 17-6-80 for the biennial election to the Council of States from the State of Rajasthan, in the performance of Ais functions.
