S.O.493(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Gov- ernment hereby makes the following further amendment in the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O, 454(E), dated the 18th July, 1978, namely:—
In the said Order, in paragraph 2 under the heading "CHAIRMAN", for item 1 and the entry relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :-
"1. Shri M. A. Rangaswamy,
B-3, Dr. Zakir Hussain Marg, New Delhi."
