CUSTOMS

G.S.R. 397(E).—In exorcise of the powers cunfeircd by sub-item (6) of item (d) of Heading No. 84.66(i) of the FUM Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975), the Central Government, having regard to Ihe economic development of the country, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in (he Department of Revenue and Banking No. 269-Customs dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely;—

In the said notification after serial No. (5) and the entries relating thereto

fthe following shall be inserted, namely :•—

"(6) Indian Ocean Commonwealth (IOCOM) Cable Project, Madras."
