S.O. 505(E):^In pursuance of soclion 67 of the RcpiesL-n- tation of tho People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the following declai a- tion containing the namos of the candidates elected to fill the seats in the Council of Stales of certain members win retired on the 2nd April, 1980, on the expiration of their lean of office, is published for goncral information;—
DECLARATION
Election to ihe Council of States by the elected members
of the Legislative Assembly of Bihar.
"Jn pursuance of the provisions contained in section 66 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, read with clause (a) of sub-rule (11 of rule 84 of the Conduct of Elections Rules, 1961,1 declare that:—
1. Ram B ha gat Pas wan, Village-Madhuban, Tek-Bharat-

2. Sita Ram K;sri, Danapore Cant, Ward No. 4, Dana-
pore patna.
