NOTIFICATION
Now Dslhl, the 8th July, 1980
S.0.509(E).—Whereas the Central Government on the report of the Competent Authority under the Metro Railway (Construc- tion of Works) Act, 1978 is satisfied that the right of u^er (underground right) In the laud, budding, etc. mentioned in ths Schedule below should be acquired for a public purpose namely, for construction of Metro Railway, Calcutta and other works connected therewith at the public expense in the city of Calcutta.
Now therefore, it is hereby declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of Section 10 of the Metro Rail- ways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978, the Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user (underground right) in the land, building, etc. referred to in the Schedule below.
A plan of the land, building, etc. in respect of which the right of user (underground right) is acquired, may be inspected in the office of the Competent Authority, Metro Railway, Calcutta.
