NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th July, 1980
S.0.5U(E).—Whereas the Central Government on the rep Jrt of the Competent Authority under the Metro Railway (Consti uclion )f Works) Act, 1978 Is satisfied that the right of user (undorground right)in tho land, building etc. mentioned in the Schedule below should je acquired for a public purpose namely, for construction of Metro Railway, Calcutta and other works connected therewith at the public expense in the city of Calcutta.
Now therefore.it is hereby decUred that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Sectkm 10 of the Metro Railways Construction of Works) Act, 1978, the Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user (underground right) in the land, build- Ing etc. referred to in the schedule below.
A planof the land, building etc. in respect of which tho right of user (underground right) is acquired, may be inspected in the )tBce of the Comp:tcm Authority, Metro Railway, Calcutta.
