Now, therefore, it is htreby deel: rid that in cxtrcise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section lOofthe Metre Rrilwry? (Construction of Works) Act, 1978, the Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user (underground right) in the land, buildir g etc. referred to in the Schedule below.
A plan of the land, building ,-tc. in respect of which the right of user (underground right) is acquired, may bo inspected in the Office of the Competent Authority, Metro Railway, Calcutta.
