S.O.519CE).—Whereas the Central Government on the report of the Competent Authority under the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Actt1978issatisflcdthattherightofuser(undcrground right)inthcland,buildingetc. mentioned in the Schedule below should be acquired for a public purpose namely, for constr action of Metro Railway, Calcutta and other works connected therewith at the public expense in the city of Calcutta.
Now, therefore, it is hereby declared that in exercise of the powers conferrad by sub-section (1) of section 10 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978, the Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user (underground right) in the land, building etc. referred to in the Schedule below.
This declaration is made to all whom it may concern. A plan of the land, building etc. in respect of which the right of user (underground right) is acquired, may be inspected in the office of the Competent Authority, Metro Railway, Calcutta.
