SiO. 520(Er.—Whereas the Central Government on the report of the Competent Authority under the Metro Railway (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 is satisfied tlvu thq right of user (underground right) in the land, building etc., mentioned in the Schedule below should bs acquired for a public purpose namely, for construction of M;tro Railway, Calcutta and other works conrccted therewith at the public expense in the city of Calcutta.
Now th:refore,itis hereby declared that in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub-section (l)of Section lOof the Mttro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978, the Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user (underground right) in the lard, building etc., referred to in the Schedule below.
A plan of tli; land, building etc.,in respect of which the right of user (underground right) is acquired, may be inspected in the office of the Comp:tcnt Authority, Metro Railway, Calcutta.
