का० प्रा० 521 ( प्र). भूमिगत रेल ( संकर्म निर्माण) अधिनियम, 1978 के अंन्तर्गत सक्षम प्राधिकारी की रपट पर यनः केन्द्रीय सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि नीचे अनुसूची में यथावर्णित भूमि, भवन इत्यादि में उपयोग का अधिकार ( भण्डर ग्राउण्ड अधिकार ) , कलकत्ता नगर में सार्वजनिक व्यय पर कलकत्ता मेट्रो रेलवे तथा उमसे संबंधित अन्य संकर्मों के निर्माण जैसे एक सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए अधिग्रहण कर लिया जाय ।
अतः अब भूमिगतं रेल ( संकर्म निर्माण ) अधिनियम , 1978 की धारा 10 की उपधारा ( 1 ) में प्रवत्त शक्तियों का घोषित किया जाता है कि नीचे अनुसूची में यथावणित भूमि, भवन इत्यादि में उपयोग का अधिकार ( अण्डरग्राउण्ड अधिकार ) अधिग्रहित किया जाता है । उपयोग करते हुए , यह एतद्वारा एतद्वारा केन्द्रीय सरकार द्वारा
यह घोषणा सभी संबंधित व्यक्तियों को की जाती है ।
भूमि, भवन प्रावि के प्लान का, जिसके लिए उपयोग का अधिकार ( अण्डरग्राउण्ड अधिकार ) अधिग्रहित किया गया है, कनरुता मेट्रो रेलवे के सक्षम प्राभि- कारी के कार्यालय में निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th July , 1980
S.O. 521 (E ).-Whereas the Central Government on the report of the Competent Authority under the Metro Railways ( Construction of Works ) Act , 1978 is satisfied that the right of user (underground right) in the land , building , etc. mentioned in the Schedule below should be acquired for a public purpose namely , for construction of Metro Railway, Calcutta and other works connected therewith at the public expense in the city of Calcutta .
Now therefore , it is hereby declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works ) Act, 1978 , the Central Government də hereby acquire the right of user (underground right ) in the land , building etc. referred to in the Schedule below .
This declaration is made to all whom it may concern .
Aplan of the land , building etc. in respect of which the right of user ( underground right) is acquired , may be inspected in the office of the Competent Authority , Metro Railway , Calcutta .
