NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 8th July, 19K0
S.O. 522(E).—Whoreas the Central Government on the report of the Competent Authority under the Metro Railway (Construction of Works) Act, 1978 is satisfied that Ihe right of user (underground right) in the land, building etc. mentioned in the Schedule below should be acquired for a public purpose namely, For construction of Metro Railway, Ciloutta an other works connected therewithal the public expense in the city of Calcutta.
Now, therefore, it is hereby declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978, th; Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user (underground right) in the land, buil- ding etc. referred to in the Schedule below.
Aplanof the land, building, etc. in respect of which tho right of user (underground right) is acquired, may be inspected in the office of the Competent Authority, Metro Railway, Calcutta.
